Webhound has a solid commitment to privacy. The information you
provide will not be shared other than as outlined below and we will
maintain the highest standards of security available.
The information gathered by Webhound is used for the purpose of
collecting statistical information to make sure that we are providing
the best possible service to you. Our main aim in collecting information

Members grant Webhound the right to use this information internally
without restrictions for the purposes of, but not limited to, research,

Webhound may at times send you email or other communications regarding

The privacy of minors under the age of 18 is of the utmost importance
to Webhound. Webhounds minimum age for registration is 13. Webhounds
personalised directories are age appropriate and will not show websites
that children are not permitted to join. For example, a 16 year
old will not have any websites show on the personal directory that
allow access to anyone aged 17 or above. All potential members of
Webhound under the age of 18 must have a parents or legal guardian's
permission to join.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- Webhound will not be held accountable in any way if a minor
(that being some one under the age of 18) unlawfully gains access
to data through Webhound.
- By registering with Webhound you are confirming that you are
over the age of 18 or if you are between the ages of 13 and 18
that you have permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- Once your email and password are confirmed it is the responsibility
of the member to agree to provide true, accurate, current and
complete information about yourself as asked for within the registration
form and maintain and update the Registration Data to keep it
true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information
that is untrue, inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete or Webhound
has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue,
inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete Webhound has the right
to suspend or close your account and refuse any and all current
or future use of the Service (or any part thereof).
- Other reasons for account termination include, but are not limited
to-
(a) breaches or violations of these Privacy/Terms of Agreement
and Disclaimer Privacy agreement or other agreements and policies
of this business as may be amended from time to time;
(b) requests by law enforcement or other government bodies;
(c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions);
(d) discontinuance or product modification to the Service (or
any part thereof);
(e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; and/or
(f) extended periods of inactivity (not having logged into the
Webhound directories in a two year period).
- Deletion of your Webhound account is complete and all records
and associated data will be removed from Webhound's databases.
- You agree that all deletions for review shall be made in Webhound's
sole discretion and that Webhound shall not be liable to you or
any third-party for any deletion of your account in any capacity
whatsoever.
- You will receive an email and password confirmation email.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the
password and account details and are fully responsible for all
activities that occur under your password or account.
- You agree to immediately notify Webhound of any unauthorized
use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
- Webhound cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage
arising from your failure to comply with the terms outlined above.
- Other sites that can be accessed through Webhound have their
own privacy policies and terms of agreements etc. Please look
into each site's own policies and documents. Webhound is not responsible
for the policies or practices of third parties. Please be aware
that this site may contain links to other sites on the Internet
that are owned and operated by third parties. This document does
not cover the information practices of those web sites linked
to Webhound. These other sites may send their own cookies to users,
collect information, or solicit personal information. Also other
companies that may place advertising on Webhound may collect information
about you when you view or click on their advertising through
the use of cookies. Webhound can't control this collection of
information. You should contact the relevant advertisers directly
if you have any enquiries about their use of the information that

- Webhound reserves the right to assign the ownership of the site,
directories, intellectual property and all information contained
within the Webhound Website upon sale or acquisition to another
entity. All registered members will be informed of such sale or
acquisition by email and also displayed on the website.

law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary
in order to conform with the law or comply with a legal process
served on our Web site.
- All materials and services within this website and third-party
websites are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Webhound
